HP Nanda leads Arcwood Environmental as CEO, bringing three decades of global leadership experience in water, environmental, and industrial solutions. Before joining Arcwood, he served as CEO of Grundfos’ Water Utility Division. He also spent 23 years at DuPont in a range of leadership roles, including four years as Global Business Leader for DuPont Water Solutions, where he drove transformative growth. HP holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Sambalpur University and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Xavier Institute of Management, India.

With nearly 30 years at Arcwood Environmental, Ernie Walker has shaped the company’s operational and commercial success. Since joining in 1996, he has held leadership positions across technical services, sales, operations, and safety, culminating in his appointment as President. Ernie’s expertise spans environmental science and business leadership, backed by his Biological Sciences degree from Southern Illinois University Carbondale and executive development at the University of Notre Dame.

Shelby Marlow oversees Arcwood Environmental’s financial strategy, bringing deep expertise in accounting, cost management, and business transformation. Before Arcwood, he served as CFO at EIS (Audax), leading financial infrastructure development and multiple acquisitions. His leadership spans roles at Reliable Parts, Easy Gardener Products, Tyson Foods, and ConAgra Foods, where he optimized operations and financial performance. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.

Chris Ebeling drives Arcwood Environmental’s commercial strategy, leading growth, innovation, and customer engagement. With 30 years in industrial and environmental solutions, he has held leadership roles at Messer, Linde Gas NA, and BOC Canada, leading teams to record-breaking sales, operational improvements, and market expansion. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Case Western Reserve University, with executive training from Duke University and Harvard Business School.

Tim Thomas oversees operations at Arcwood Environmental, bringing three decades of expertise in manufacturing, engineering, and environmental health and safety. Previously, he was Senior Vice President at Trinseo PLC, driving productivity, cost reduction, and safety improvements across global operations. He began his career at The Dow Chemical Company, optimizing large-scale production and leading efficiency-driven projects. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Youngstown State University.

Patrick Schultz leads Arcwood Environmental’s strategy and transformation efforts, driving business growth and operational efficiency. At Veolia North America, he integrated major acquisitions and advanced commercial strategies, following his tenure at McKinsey & Company, where he specialized in restructuring, global water footprint strategies, and environmental solutions. Patrick holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Geosciences from Princeton University, along with degrees in Environmental Engineering and Civil & Environmental Engineering.

Rachel Evans leads Arcwood Environmental’s people strategy, fostering a workplace where employees thrive. She brings nearly three decades of experience in human resources, with deep expertise in driving strategic initiatives across talent management, organizational development, employee relations, inclusive culture-building, and change management. Rachel has guided teams through complex organizational growth, including multiple acquisitions at PGT Innovations, and supported global operations at Therma-Tru Doors, MasterBrand Cabinets, and Master Lock. She holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Jeana Thomas leads Arcwood Environmental’s digital strategy, data transformation, and technology innovation. With extensive experience in aligning IT with business growth, she has held key leadership roles at Cargill, United Technologies, and Pratt & Whitney – Raytheon Technologies, overseeing enterprise-wide digital systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. Jeana holds a bachelor’s degree in computer technology from Purdue University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Ali Alavi leads Arcwood Environmental’s legal, governance, and regulatory affairs strategy, overseeing compliance, government relations, and corporate development. With decades of experience, he has guided organizations through legal and regulatory challenges, financial transactions, and strategic realignments. Prior to Arcwood, he held senior leadership roles at American Zinc Recycling (f/k/a Horsehead Corporation). Ali holds a law degree from the University of Maryland, and a master’s in petroleum engineering and a bachelor’s in environmental studies from the University of Pittsburgh.
