Arcwood Environmental Expands Northeast Operations with Acquisition of Innovative Recycling Technologies

INDIANAPOLIS – (August 28, 2025) – Arcwood Environmental, a leader in sustainable waste management solutions, announced today its acquisition of Innovative Recycling Technologies (IRT), a Lindenhurst, New York-based provider of hazardous waste collection, lab packing, and field services. The move strengthens Arcwood’s service reach in the Northeast markets and creates new operational efficiencies across the region.
